What is the process for receiving a refund for cancelled orders, and how long does it typically take?

If you cancel your order before shipment, we will initiate the refund process within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request. Your refund will be sent to your rasha wallet instantly after initiating the cancellation.

  • For payments made through credit/debit card or net banking, any refunds for Rasha products will be processed directly to your Rasha wallet. It is important to note that the refunded amount may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
  • In the case of cash on delivery transactions, the refund will be transferred to your Rasha wallet. This applies specifically to orders that have been returned.
  • Additionally, we may provide a convenient refund option in the form of Rasha Coupons, Vouchers, or Loyalty Points. These can be utilized for future purchases, providing a hassle-free refund experience.

If I cancel my order after using discount vouchers during payment, what happens to them?

The amount will be reflected back in your Rasha Wallet. For example, if the order is of 2000. And you use a 50% discount voucher. 1000 rupees will be refunded back in your rasha wallet and 1000 in your voucher. (It is not mandatory that you will receive the voucher back again)

If I cancel my order after using discount vouchers or loyalty points during payment, what happens to them?

Please note that discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only, and will be considered used even if the order is cancelled.

If you redeem loyalty points for an order that is later cancelled, the points will be credited back to your account.
