We offer free shipping across India for all products. Enjoy hassle-free delivery!

You can track your order via live tracking, SMS notifications, and email updates. Click here to check your order status.

We deliver our products throughout India. 

Unfortunately as of now, we do not deliver our products outside of India.

Our products are usually shipped and delivered within 7 days.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations and Modifications

Once you place your order, you can only cancel it before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.

To cancel your order, go to the ‘My Account’ page and click on ‘Orders’. Select the order you want to cancel.

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order after it’s placed but make sure you change it before the order is shipped. You cannot change the shipping address after the order has been shipped.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Returns and Exchange

Rasha provides its clients with a hassle-free return policy, allowing them to request a return or exchange of a product within 02 days of receiving it. Additionally, we accept partial returns, giving you the option to request a return for one or more items in your order. We only accept the returns for products which are closed, hence, not opened.

Customers have a window of 2 days from the date of order delivery to submit a request for returning their order. In order to initiate the return process, customers are required to upload photographs of the product and provide a reason for the return. Our team will carefully review the customer's request and proceed with the replacement only if the reason provided is deemed genuine.

Additionally, customers have the option to choose alternative products for replacement. If the total amount of the replacement product is lower than the original order amount, the customer will need to make the payment online, through cash on delivery, or using their Rasha Wallet. Conversely, if the replacement order exceeds the original order amount, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer's Rasha Wallet.

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps within the "My Account" section:

1. Navigate to the "Orders" tab.
2. Locate the specific order you wish to return or exchange.
3. Click on the order ID to access the order details.
4. Within the order details, you will find the option to select the product you want to return or exchange.

By following these steps, you will be able to easily initiate the return or exchange process for the desired product.

Rest assured that any refunds will be promptly transferred to your Rasha Wallet within a maximum of 2 working days. In the event that you do not observe the refund in your Rasha Wallet after this timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at support@rashaforher.com.

Yes, our dear employees will knock on your door to pick up the product you wish to return.

This might have happened if the product you returned was worn, damaged, or had missing tags. If the return request is denied, the user will not be eligible for a refund, and Rasha will have no duty in this respect. Please contact our customer service department for additional information.

On the top-right corner of the homepage, you can find the Login/Register option. Click on it and select ‘Create an Account’. Enter your mobile number, email address and pass the captcha. Once we verify your details through OTP, you’ll be in.

After you’ve entered your mobile number, you’ll receive an OTP for the login confirmation.

Yes, it’s mandatory to provide a valid email address to create an account on Rasha.

In case of network issues, try again with a stronger internet connection to receive the OTP again.

Rasha uses your mobile number for two sole purposes: for the login and to print on the shipping label of your ordered product/item.

Yes, You can use the mobile number you have provided in your recent order to access Rasha.

Click on the Login/Register button, you will find an option that says ‘Forgot my password’. Click on it and enter your mobile number. You will receive an OTP with a login code with an option to create a new password. Enter the login code and you’ll be logged in.

Your Rasha account will still be secure even if someone else is assigned your phone number. The other person will be unable to access your account because he will need to enter your password. Our system can intelligently recognize such SIM handovers and prompt the user to input a password in such circumstances. However, the new user will have the option to register a new account using that number.

If you don't have your previous phone number or if you wish to update your phone number, you can mail the request to Rasha.

We can only access OTP SMSes that Rasha sends. This is in conformity with Google and Apple standards regarding user privacy regulations.

If you make too many invalid login requests to your account, Rasha will freeze it for a certain amount of time or permanently. This is for your account's security. You should be successful in gaining access to your account by changing your password, or you can contact customer service for assistance

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method that allows you to pay for your order at the time of delivery. Here's how it works:

1. Place your order: Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout page.

2. Choose Cash on Delivery: During the checkout process, select the "Cash on Delivery" option as your preferred payment method.

3. Confirm your order: Review your order details and complete the checkout process by confirming your purchase.

4. Delivery and payment: Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped to your provided address. When the delivery person arrives, you can pay for the order in cash.

Please note the following important points about Cash on Delivery:

- Availability: Cash on Delivery is not available for all locations or all products. Please check the availability during the checkout process.

- Payment in exact cash: It is recommended to keep the exact amount of cash ready for payment as delivery personnel may not carry change.

- Verification: The delivery person may ask for identification or ask you to sign to confirm the receipt of the order.

Cash on Delivery provides convenience and allows you to pay for your order at your doorstep without the need for online transactions or prepayment.

Please attempt the payment after double-checking that your account information, billing address, and password is correct. If your payment still fails, you can place your purchase using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option (if offered on the payment page). If your money is deducted from your account as a result of a payment failure, it will be reimbursed back to you within 7-10 days once we get bank confirmation.

Yes, totally! Rasha uses a 64 Bit, SSL Secured Safe Payment method for any online transactions.

GST is a one-time tax on the supply of products and services that is charged upon each value addition (through manufacturing and services) and is applied to the sale price of a product. The final user of the goods or service must bear/pay GST. If your order is completed on or after July 1st, 2017, GST will be applied. GST incorporates all other taxes such as excise duty, VAT, entry tax, and so on.

When placing an order within Gujarat, customers will be required to pay both SGST (State Goods and Services Tax) and IGST (Integrated Goods and Services Tax), both charged at a rate of 9 percent. Conversely, for orders placed outside of Gujarat, customers will need to pay CGST (Central Goods and Services Tax) and IGST, also at a rate of 9 percent.
