If Rasha has to cancel the order after processing the payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit or debit card account.

1. What is the process for delivery?

After your order is processed by our system, your products undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Once they pass the final quality check, they are carefully packed and handed over to our reliable delivery partner.
Our delivery partners will then promptly deliver the package to your provided address. If they are unable to deliver at the given address or a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

2. How are products packed?

Our products are packaged in boxes that are wrapped in a layer of plastic for added protection.
To ensure that each product is delivered to you in perfect condition, we individually wrap them in bubble wrap.
Fragile items such as bottles are given extra protection with additional layers of bubble wrap. We take great pride in the quality of our packaging.

3. What is the range of locations to which Rasha ships their products?

Rasha ships throughout India!

4. My order has been shipped. How do I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message on both your registered email and phone number. Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. To track your package, you can use the ‘Track’ button located in the ‘My Orders’ section. Additionally, you have the option to receive updates about your order via WhatsApp.

5. What is the approximate delivery time?

The delivery of products may take up to 7 days, although in certain cases, such as when a product is out of stock, it may take longer.

Orders may be canceled due to the following reasons:

1) Incorrect address/pin code

2) Provision of fake user details, such as name and email address

3) Suspected customer reselling activity

4) History of multiple order cancellations/returns, etc.

Customers can track the real-time status of their orders by visiting the account page, navigating to “Orders,” and selecting “Track Order.”

Customers will receive timely notifications regarding the delivery status via SMS and/or email.

6. Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

It is not uncommon for your order to be shipped in multiple shipments. This simply means that different parts of your order may be shipped from different warehouse locations. You do not need to worry about this, and you will only be charged for the shipping or cash on delivery fee, if applicable, on the first package you receive.

7. Do I have to pay for shipping on my order?

We have no shipping fees for all the destinations in India.

8. Does Rasha offer international shipping?

Currently, Rasha only offers shipping to India. However, we are actively working on expanding our international delivery to various other countries. So, please stay tuned for updates!
